He deepens soulmate friendship with Bethany — Homecoming, Prom at the Hyatt, and a negotiated non-dating bond — while building Four Dimensional Software with Beth and Krista. Kara rises from lab partner to steady girlfriend, probation, and a Triumvirate with Joyce; Becky relapses at a vet conference; Stephanie's Spring Break chains and full consummation; parallel arcs with Joyce, Elyse, Debbie V, Tracey, and Dona.
