Large single-family house in Milford, Ohio, across the street from Milford High School; Milford Junior High sits behind the high school on the same campus area. Host home for Birgit Andersson (YFU, 1976–77) and residence of Frank and Trudy Spencer and daughter Melanie. Finished basement; small home sauna (installed when house was built). No walkable shops; closest retail Route 28 or downtown Milford; family cars only (no public transit).
